Rural Stirling Housing Association intend to deliver 50 new affordable homes on land at Claish Farm, Callander in partnership with Lovell Homes. The purpose of this website is to provide current information on the development proposals and to encourage community feedback prior to developing detailed design and the submission of a planning application later this year.
 
Public Consultation Events

First Public Exhibition
The first public exhibition, held on Tuesday 20th February at McLaren High School, was well attended and the design team have collated comments received from attendees. Below are copies of the five exhibition banners as shown at the public exhibition. Please use the arrows on the side of the image to scroll through the banners.
Second Public Exhibition
The next exhibition was held on Tuesday 27th March 2018 at McLaren High School, Mollands Road, Callander from 3pm to 8pm. The information displayed at this exhibition builds upon the feedback from the first exhibition and provides greater detail on the proposal.

Please note that written representations must be sent to the addresses below and not to the National Park Authority. An opportunity to make representations or objections to the National Park Authority will be available when a formal planning application is made.
